The first training session on research management and administrative skills will be organized and conducted by the University of Antwerpen team for the Babes-Bolyai new dedicated group for project implementation and international research funding applications.

The agenda will focus on how to organize and distribute the work/tasks in a dedicated science management and administrative team, having as an example the JLU team and on exploring the Horizon Europe Pillar II work programs (e.g. where to find call info and work programs; how to read a work program and call text etc.)
